Shipping and Returns Policy


We ship this item to worldwide destinations, However some countries are excluded.
Puzzles are printed, packed and shipped within 10 Business days after payment verification.
Shipping to the U.S. is by Economy Service which might take up to 45 days to
arrive. Tracking Number will be provided.
If you have not received your shipment within 60 days from payment, please
contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges,Please Check with your country customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to the order.

Orders Delay

Orders No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 45 days (counting from the date we shipped the product) for the USA and 60 days for rest of the world.

The above item no longer applies to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow. Puzzle's Club will not be liable for the delayed shipment of the orders.

Order Cancellation 

Puzzles can not be cancelled anytime, since it is customized made.

Damaged Orders will provide a full refund/replacement if:

- Orders arrived damaged.

- Order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.

- Customers should send email of the dispute within 2 days after receiving the item.

- Please send photos of the damaged item to prove damage.


Returns are not necessary as the puzzle is custom made, we cannot re-use it or re-sell it. If your order is qualified for a refund please refer to the Damaged Orders section.
